Every Scout in the troop deserves the opportunity to participate in a well-organized Canoeing program. The U.S. Department of the Interior designated the Tualatin River as a National Water Trail, only one of three in Oregon. Troop 605 developed the Scouting Award for traversing the navigable section and routinely takes summer evening trips on our local waterway.
